Instructions
-1 Place tater tots on a sheet pan and bake according to package directions until as done and crisped as desired. Keep oven on and set temp to 425F. -1 While tater tots bake, to a large skillet add the ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until done. Crumble beef as it cooks to ensure even cooking. -1 Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine. -1 Transfer cooked tater tots to an oven-proof skillet, spray with cooking spray, and arrange tots in a single flat layer. -1 Top with the ground beef in the center, sprinkle with the cheese, and bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. -1 Garnish with tomato, cilantro, any optional items, and serve immediately.
