What you need

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 skinless boneless chicken breast

⅔ cup light-brown sugar

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

2 tsp ground ginger

1 salt & pepper

2 green onion

1 sesame seed
Instructions
-1 To a large skillet, add the oils, chicken, and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through; stir and flip intermittently to ensure even cooking. -1 While chicken cooks, to a separate medium saucepan add the brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, ginger, optional salt and pepper, stir to combine, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Allow mixture to bubble gently for 1 to 2 minutes, or until sauce thickens slightly. -1 Evenly pour sauce over cooked chicken and stir and toss to combine and coat evenly. -1 Evenly sprinkle the green onions, optional sesame seeds, and serve immediately. Chicken is best fresh but will keep airtight in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.View original recipe
